As ironic as it may seem, it’s one of the most important exotic car dealers for Lamborghini, John Scotti of Montreal, who managed to set up a drag racing championship sanctioned by the NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) in Canada.
He’s also announcing the 2026 schedule, contested in two divisions, East and West. The ultimate goal is the legendary Wally trophy. Here, then, is the calendar for the John Scotti Canadian Championship:

- May 15–17 — Toronto (Ontario)
- June 19–21 — Luskville (Quebec)
- July 16–18 — Napierville (Quebec)
- July 23–25 — Miramichi (New Brunswick)
- August 13–15 — Cape Breton (Nova Scotia)
- September 4–6 — Toronto (Ontario)
- September 10–12 — Napierville (Quebec) (Finals)
John Scotti Canadian Championship West
- May 30–31 — Mission Raceway, Mission (British Columbia)
- July 4–5 — M.H.D.R.A., Medicine Hat (Alberta)
- July 11–12 — RAD Torque Raceway, Edmonton (Alberta)
