Lévis, February 25, 2026 — Groupe Desharnais proudly announces the acquisition of Pneus St-David, a well-established company in Lévis for 50 years and recognized for its expertise in tires and mechanical services. The official integration will take effect on March 2, 2026.
This coming together unites two Québec companies deeply rooted in their communities, with a combined total of 125 years of experience in the industry. More than an acquisition, it's a strategic alliance redefining the strength of the regional market.
