Success of the 2025 Innovation HR Symposium practical solutions for industry managers

Success of the 2025 Innovation HR Symposium practical solutions for industry managers

The Innovation HR Symposium, organized by Innoviste on May 7 in Drummondville, brought together a wide range of managers from various sectors of the motor vehicle industry. From small teams to large corporations, everyone left with new ideas, practical leads, and simple, effective solutions ready to be implemented in their organizations.

Focused on the real-world challenges faced daily in repair shops and dealerships, the event encouraged new thinking around recruitment, retention, and staff engagement.

Striking talks, inspiring panels, and dynamic discussions made the day memorable. Attendees heard from Louis-Martin Jannard (Canada Motor Jobs), Pierre Ouellette (Edgenda), and several business leaders who shared their on-the-ground experiences in discussion panels: Grégoire Bellavance (Greg Tech), Gabriel Rioux (Fix Auto – Groupe Salsa), Chantal Contant (Groupe Contant), Marie-Ange Cloutier (Garage Martin Chagnon), and Stéphanie Massé (Autosphère Média). The event was skillfully hosted by communicator Véronique Morin.

“This symposium was designed to provide companies with practical tools directly aligned with their day-to-day realities. We hope participants leave better equipped and inspired to tackle their HR challenges,” stated Danielle Le Chasseur, Executive Director of Innoviste.

The Innoviste team looks forward to repeating the experience in 2026 to continue supporting industry businesses with relevant, concrete, and accessible HR tools.
