Mercedes-Benz Updates Its GLE for 2027

The 2027 version of the Mercedes-Benz GLE SUV will arrive with significant updates. The German automaker states that the model will feature more than 3,000 refinements.

At first glance, a revised front-end design stands out. Under the hood, buyers will have a choice of a 255-horsepower turbocharged four-cylinder engine, an optional turbocharged inline six-cylinder, two plug-in hybrid variants based on that same engine — including one producing up to 577 horsepower — as well as a twin-turbo V8 with a flat-plane crankshaft in the GLE53 version.

All indications suggest that GLE enthusiasts will have plenty of options to choose from.
