According to reliable sources, the 2026 Lexus LS500 Heritage Edition will be the final model of its kind produced worldwide. Ironically, only five of these ultra-luxury cars will be allocated to the Canadian market.
Toyota, Lexus’s parent company, plans to produce just 250 units in 2026. For those unfamiliar with it, this large luxury sedan (part of the Toyota family) is powered by a 3.4-litre twin-turbo V6, delivering 416 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. The LS500h hybrid version was discontinued in 2025.
As for pricing, the 2026 model has not yet been announced. However, the 2025 LS500 could reach up to $141,148 before taxes and options.
