The news is finally out! Italian executive Antonio Filosa will become the new Chief Executive Officer for major automotive group Stellantis, starting June 23. Filosa, a veteran of the former Fiat-Chrysler organization, will replace Carlos Tavares, who resigned last December.

Filosa is no stranger to the company. The 51-year-old Italian is currently Chief Operating Officer for Stellantis in the Americas, as well as Global Head of Quality. He brings nearly 25 years of industry experience. As part of these changes, John Elkann will retain his role as Executive Chairman.
