Tim Hortons has entered a major partnership with FLO, a leading Quebec-based EV charging provider, to install fast-charging stations at 100 Canadian restaurants by the end of 2028. This initiative positions Tim Hortons as the largest restaurant chain in Canada to offer public EV fast charging.

The first site in Regina, Saskatchewan, is already operational, with 14 additional restaurants set to receive FLO Ultra chargers by the end of 2025, and 50 more by 2026. On average, each location will feature four ports capable of delivering up to 120 km of range in just 10 minutes.

“We’re excited to partner with FLO to make life easier for our guests driving EVs. Whether it’s charging up with a coffee before work or during a road trip break, we want every Tim visit to be convenient, welcoming, and memorable,” said Hope Bagozzi, Chief Marketing Officer at Tim Hortons.

Louis Tremblay, FLO’s President and CEO, emphasized, “This partnership marks a pivotal moment: EV charging will truly become part of Canadians’ everyday lives.”
