It appears that Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) is about to acquire five dealerships from Quebec-based AutoForce Group. Among them is the AutoForce complex in L’Île-Perrot, which includes a 28-acre (11.3-hectare) property housing General Motors Île-Perrot, Île-Perrot Toyota, Mazda 2-20, Hyundai Île-Perrot, and Ford Île-Perrot, along with an independent collision centre.

REIT Group, an offshoot of the Dilawri Group established in 2015, now controls 80 dealerships across Canada and the United States. It should be noted, however, that Dilawri holds a 31.2% stake in REIT.
