Groupe Touchette has announced a major governance milestone with the creation of Touchette Corporation, a corporate structure designed to strengthen strategic alignment, risk management and financial planning across the organization. As part of this evolution, Jocelyn Poirier is appointed Chief Corporate Officer, responsible for governance, compliance, legal affairs, corporate communications and institutional relations. As Nicolas Touchette states: “La création de Touchette Corporation s'inscrit dans notre volonté de bâtir une organisation agile, rigoureuse et performante.”
In addition, Annie Dubé is promoted to Associate Vice President, Corporate Finance, following more than a decade with the company and extensive experience in financial leadership, strategic acquisitions and banking relations. These appointments reinforce the corporate backbone of Canada’s leading tire distributor, supporting continued growth and strengthening operations in an increasingly consolidated aftermarket environment.
