Groupe Touchette has announced a major governance milestone with the creation of Touchette Corporation, a corporate structure designed to strengthen strategic alignment, risk management and financial planning across the organization. As part of this evolution, Jocelyn Poirier is appointed Chief Corporate Officer, responsible for governance, compliance, legal affairs, corporate communications and institutional relations.
