Swedish automaker Volvo is expected to unveil a new version of its EX60 SUV in the near future. This fully electric vehicle will stand out thanks to its new 800-volt SPA3 architecture, capable of supporting ultra-fast charging speeds of up to 400 kW. Volvo estimates that the EX60 will deliver a driving range of approximately 650 kilometres.
The Volvo EX60, of which the manufacturer has so far released only a partial and barely revealing image, will be positioned as a mid-size SUV between the EX40 and the EX90, with exterior dimensions similar to those of the current XC60. Incidentally, this model will be Volvo’s first to use “megacast” components, a technology already employed by Tesla to simplify and optimize its production processes.
