Mitsubishi to launch new models soon

While Canadian motorists currently have limited choice from Japanese automaker Mitsubishi beyond the Outlander, Eclipse Cross and the more discreet RVR, the brand says it is preparing to launch several new models in the coming months, starting with a new electric version of the smaller Eclipse SUV, based on the Nissan Leaf.
However, other vehicles are also expected to arrive at the brand's dealerships shortly, including a pickup based on a Nissan truck.
Finally, increasingly persistent rumours suggest that Mitsubishi could return to the market for more rugged SUVs with a modernized version of its legendary Pajero, bringing back one of the brand's most iconic nameplates in the process.
